Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order across India and already included in our prices.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Not at the moment. All orders are prepaid via UPI, cards, net banking or wallets.
Can I return or exchange something?
We don't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we'll replace or refund it. Just share an unboxing video within 3 days of delivery.
Why do you need an unboxing video?
It helps us verify damage or errors quickly and file claims with our couriers, so we can sort things out for you faster.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Message us with your order number.
Will you restock sold-out items?
