These Terms apply to your use of pickory.co.in and any purchase from Pickory, operated by Samyak Ventures (Proprietor: Hansa Mehta), 72/74, CP Tank Circle, Charni Road, Mumbai 400004, Maharashtra, India. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and pricing. We try to show products, colours and descriptions accurately, but small variations may occur. All prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable GST and shipping. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred. If we cancel after payment, we'll refund you in full.

4. Payment. All orders are prepaid through our secure payment partner. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

5. Shipping, refunds and cancellations. These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property. The Pickory name, logo, images and content on this site belong to us. Please don't copy or use them without written permission.

7. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
