Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders. Shipping is included in our prices, so there are no extra charges at checkout.

Where we ship: We currently ship across India. We do not ship internationally yet.

Processing time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS/WhatsApp.

Payment: All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates. Occasionally, couriers face delays due to weather, festivals, or other factors outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact.samyakventures@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9987825062 and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect address: Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the recipient was unavailable, we can reship it once you cover the reshipping cost.

Festive season: During Diwali and other peak periods, dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer. We'll mention any expected delays on our homepage.
